Pizza Dough
Ingredients
- 7 1/2 cups flour
- 4 teaspoons fine sea salt
- 1/2 teaspoons active dry yeast
Instructions
- Whisk flour, salt and yeast in a large bowl. Then add in 3 cups of water and mix until incorporated. Form a rough ball with your hands and return to the bowl.
- Cover with plastic wrap and let rise for 18 hours. The dough should double in size.
- Divide dough into 6 portions and shape into balls. Cover with plastic wrap on a floured surface until ready to use.
Grilled Pizza
Ingredients
- Pizza Dough
- Olive Oil
- Toppings of your choice
Instructions
- Stretch your dough out into its desired shape
- Brush olive oil onto one side of the dough
- Over a preheated grill, place the oiled side of the dough down and grill for 3-4 minutes, until dough is puffed.
- Flip and repeat on the other side.
- Remove from heat and top your pizza with your desired toppings. Return pizza to the grill and grill until cheese is melty.
