Pizza Dough

Ingredients

  • 7 1/2 cups flour
  • 4 teaspoons fine sea salt
  • 1/2 teaspoons active dry yeast

Instructions

  1. Whisk flour, salt and yeast in a large bowl. Then add in 3 cups of water and mix until incorporated. Form a rough ball with your hands and return to the bowl. 
  2. Cover with plastic wrap and let rise for 18 hours. The dough should double in size. 
  3. Divide dough into 6 portions and shape into balls. Cover with plastic wrap on a floured surface until ready to use.

Grilled Pizza

Ingredients

  • Pizza Dough
  • Olive Oil
  • Toppings of your choice 

Instructions

  1. Stretch your dough out into its desired shape
  2. Brush olive oil onto one side of the dough
  3. Over a preheated grill, place the oiled side of the dough down and grill for 3-4 minutes, until dough is puffed. 
  4. Flip and repeat on the other side. 
  5. Remove from heat and top your pizza with your desired toppings. Return pizza to the grill and grill until cheese is melty.
