(Pizza) Rolling Into April

When I host people for a meal, I try not to repeat what I serve but there are some meals that are just too good and this is one of them.

There is no greater hors d’oeuvre than a Totino’s Pizza Roll. I prefer classic cheese but you can likely find a variety pack in your grocer's freezer aisle if you want to offer a variety. Don’t forget to warn your guests about the molten cheese that lays just beneath the surface of that delectable outer crust - no one wants burnt tongue!

For the main course, I’ll serve Kraft Mac and Cheese with hot dog slices. This is a great entree, supplying carbs and protein in one simple dish. To elevate this classic, I slice my Hebrew National hot dogs on an angle and fry them cut side down to provide a little crunch to contrast with the creamy Kraft cheese. And this indulgent meal pairs perfectly with a Chablis so don’t forget to pick up a bottle!
