A Classic Caprese

With summer sadly and swiftly coming to an end, the best of the tomatoes goes with it so enjoy them while you still can. Caprese will always be a classic and it’s nearly impossible to mess up.

Caprese salad, pesto pasta and Aperol Spritzes make for a fantastic late lunch on a summer day. This meal requires little time over a stove and can all be served at room temperature. 

Blanched green beans are a great addition to pesto pasta salad but if you’re looking for a heartier dish, add in chicken or baby potatoes.
