Lobster Rolls

Lobster Rolls

Ingredients

  • 4 1 1/4 lb Lobsters 
  • 6 Pepperidge Farm Top Slice Hot Dog Buns
  • 2-3 Tablespoons Hellman's Mayo
  • Butter

Instructions

  1. Steam your lobsters by filling a large pot with 2" inches of water. Place a steaming basket into the pot. Heat water over high heat. Once water is boiling, place lobsters into the steaming basket and cover pot. Allow to steam for 7-8 minutes (depending on the size of your lobster). The internal temperature of the tail should be 135-140 degrees. 
  2. Remove lobsters from the pot and allow to cool briefly. Then shuck your lobsters. 
  3. Cut the lobster meat into bite size pieces and dress with mayo to your desired taste. 
  4. Trim the sides of your hot dog buns and toast using a butter saute pan over medium-low heat. 
  5. Fill your hot dog buns with lobster salad.

Ingredients

  • 1 750ml Rose 
  • 16 ounces hulled strawberries 
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup sugar 

Instructions

  1. Pour rose into a rimmed sheet pan and freeze for 4 hours. 
  2. In a blender, combine frozen rose, 4-5 ice cubes, strawberries, sugar and lemon juice. 
Cucumber Salad

Cucumber Salad

Ingredients

  • 4 cucumbers thinly sliced
  • 1 cup white vinegar 
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 2 tablespoons chopped dill

Instructions

  1. Heat water and vinegar in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Stir in sugar and stir until sugar dissolves. Allow to cool. 
  2. Combine vinegar mixture with cucumbers and dill. Refrigerate until ready to serve. 
Potato Salad

Potato Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 lb baby potatoes 
  • 2 tablespoon Grey Poupon 
  • 2 tablespoon white vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • Pinch of salt 

Instructions

  1. In a large pot with salted water, boil potatoes until fork tender.
  2. Combine mustard, vinegar, sugar and salt in a small bowl. 
  3. Dress potatoes with mustard mixture.
