Winner Winner Chicken Dinner
If you know how to turn on an oven, you can roast a chicken. It is truly one of the easiest things to make and it’s sure to impress. And if you can roast a chicken, you can certainly roast some vegetables.
Cocktail Hour
Despite its name, a cocktail hour doesn’t need to include cocktails or be limited to an hour. Wine or beer will suffice; even a mocktail will do. Speaking of, I recently had a Shirley Temple and honestly, they’re just as delicious as an adult. In my book, snacks are required but any snack will do.

Time to Par-Tee!
In the interest of full disclosure, I don’t really like to watch golf, nor do I play golf. The few times I’ve swung a golf club, I was pretty subpar (did I just make a golf pun?!). But I love a good theme so while golf is not a sport I love, it is a theme I’ll embrace.
(Pizza) Rolling Into April

Florals? For Spring? Groundbreaking
This meal is a subtle ode to Easter and Passover. It is not meant to be religious in celebration, rather just my representation of my two sides.
